This is why you shouldn't wear a string while exercising

When we go exercising in ultra-tight leggings, we obviously don't want our underwear to be visible. At least, I don't find that a very charming look, especially not when I'm happily squatting. That's why I usually just wear a thong while working out; the eye wants something too, of course.

But recently I found out that working out in a thong is not such a good idea. Since I suspect I'm not the only one, I thought it would be handy to share this with you. Here's the thing: all that struggling in the gym constantly shifts your thong from front to back. As a result, friction occurs and you start sweating, which is the ideal breeding ground for bacteria. This can lead to faster infections (for example, in your bladder) and that's not something we want to deal with. Muscle pain is already more than enough.

So, what can we wear instead of that thong? A loose pair of underwear or boxers is recommended, but I fear that won't make us very happy either. Fortunately, there is an even better solution: seamless underwear. No panic: this doesn't have to be a skin-colored granny panty, no, no, they come in more and more colors and nicer variants.
