The 6 reasons why this is my favorite stroller

The endless list of things you need for your little one, sometimes I literally don't know where to start. You read so much on websites, apps, and in books. They keep coming up with new ‘must-haves’ that are supposed to make life easier and super handy. At first, I took this very seriously, but with a bit of logical thinking, I can also guess what is actually really needed: things like a crib, changing table (with accompanying accessories), and a stroller. I had to check those points off first before I move on to the rest.
The crib is ordered, the changing table used to be mine so it will get a new coat of paint + furniture knobs, and the choice for the stroller has been made: Joolz it is. This choice wasn't that complicated, even for a typical indecisive person (because: Libra) like me. They just launched a new stroller: the Joolz Geo 3 and I could already see myself walking with it. In fact, I hadn't even seen the model in real life, only on Instagram, but it felt like a match. By the way, these weren't the raging hormones with extreme shopping urges, because my boyfriend completely agreed with this. We had made a list of our wishes:
1. The XL off-road wheels
We live in the city but also like to go to the beach or the forest for a day. If my father said we should pay attention to something, it would be the size of the wheels. The bigger, the better. The Geo 3 has XL large tires and they are also puncture-proof. During the test round on a stroller circuit (which has different surfaces like grass, sand, large and small stones, and curbs), I immediately noticed the difference between these tires and those in the smaller size. It indeed went super smoothly and yes, I did go off-roading on such a circuit with different models. I would advise everyone to do this to find out how super easy this stroller rolls.

2. Day out
Living in an apartment in Amsterdam is really a treat, but sometimes going out is really necessary. Then I prefer not to have to constantly watch the clock because the little one needs to sleep, for example. With this model, that's not a problem, because it has special ventilation in the bassinet, allowing him to sleep in it all day and night. The mattress has small holes, so breathing freely is also not an issue. Thanks to the large UPF 50+ summer canopy, he is always protected from the sun, and if it suddenly starts to rain, I don't have to seek shelter. The fabric is water-repellent, and you can make the canopy even larger with a zipper so getting wet is not an option.
3. The biggest basket ever
What I hear from my friends is that you always have a shortage of space for all the things you want to take with you. The Geo 3 has the biggest basket under the stroller. It can hold about 15 kilos of stuff, so even your carry-on suitcase fits in it, and of course, all the groceries.
4. Easy to fold
Click, click, click and it's folded. In one second you can get this model super flat and with the same easy action unfold it again. No unnecessary hassle with pressing different buttons and releasing them before it finally drops. If something should go smoothly, let it be the stroller.
5. Baby wish
I feel absolutely blessed to be pregnant with my first, but it has always been a dream to have multiple children (perhaps I'll talk differently in a year). I come from a family with one brother and two sisters, and it was always a big, cheerful bunch. This model is known for its gi-ga family expansion option, because you can easily add an extra seat. They sit on top of each other, allowing you to still maneuver through all the aisles or walk into that cozy little coffee shop without any problems.

6. Not a must, but super handy
The accessories they have in the collection are ideal. The cup holder that you can easily attach to the side is perfect for me. I can finally take my water bottle with me without any problems, which I always have with me. The comfort cover, also known as the ‘dream soft cover’, zips super easily onto the canopy, allowing the little one to sleep peacefully and not get overstimulated by all the eyes peeking into the stroller. It is open on the side, providing enough ventilation. You no longer have to deal with large muslin cloths and clips, because the comfort cloth is your best friend. Or the rain cover, which is not necessarily needed, because it is already water-repellent, but can you remember the Sahara storm from a few weeks ago? Then such a protective cover is secretly quite handy if you have to go outside.

6. Quality and the future
The Joolz strollers are made from recycled plastic bottles, which is great for the environment and of course for the future, which is so important for the little one. The warranty is not just until the door, but lifetime. Whether it is new or second-hand; they make no exceptions here. If you buy it second-hand or have one of the models for a while, you can go to various Joolz locations for a refresh. They have new parts, can repair your stroller, or give it an upgrade, it's just what you want.
By the way, did you know that you can also rent the Joolz Geo 3? Through Tiny Library you can rent it for 24, 12, or 6 months. You can choose a stroller that is like new, but one that is even new in the box is also possible. Super good for the environment and it saves you storage space at home and in your wallet.
Do you understand now why the Joolz Geo 3 was not a point of doubt for us? I really can't wait until the little man is in it and we can go out without any problems with the three of us.
