Harry Styles gives the most awkward interview ever

Oh Harry, I was so in love with you. I still kind of am, but the whole drama surrounding your new film Don’t Worry Darling doesn’t make it any better. Yesterday was the big premiere at the Venice Film Festival, where the film received a four-minute standing ovation afterwards. The first reviews can already be found online, those from devastatingly bad to moderately positive to get it.
Most reviewers agree: the behind-the-scenes drama has taken quite a toll. Director Olivia Wilde is said to be in a major clash with lead actress Florence Pugh, who subsequently canceled all press obligations except for yesterday's Venice Film Festival. But there, she only wanted to be photographed on the red carpet, watched the film, and then left again. She was therefore not present at the press conference afterwards.
Unfortunately, everything else went anything but smoothly yesterday. That four-minute ovation could have gone on much longer, had it not been for Florence Pugh leaving after three minutes. The cast was photographed on the red carpet, with Olivia Wilde and Florence Pugh expertly kept apart. But, where was Harry in this story? He is said to have been in a relationship with Olivia Wilde for about two years, but there was little evidence of that yesterday. The two didn’t even look at each other once.
At the press conference afterwards, they also sat at opposite ends of the table and there was no interaction. Olivia Wilde was asked about the rumors surrounding the backstage fights, but she refused to comment on that. And of course, Harry also received a set of questions to answer. And that became a bit awkward.

The question he was asked was what his favorite aspect of the film was. His answer? ‘Well, my favorite thing about the movie is it feels like, like a movie. It feels like a real like, you know ‘go to the theater’-film movie, you know, kind of — the reason why you go.’
HAHA. And poor Chris Pine sitting next to him (who was dragged into all the drama against his will but just did his job) clearly has no idea what Mr. Styles is saying. He might as well have sung a tune during the press conference. Answering questions he doesn’t know are coming is unfortunately not his strong suit, as has been proven. But hey, he still has plenty of plus points. I’m still in love.
