Cat lovers: you want to see this docu on Netflix

Oh boys, my crazy cat lady heart really jumped when I saw that this docu was online. You really want to see this if you're a cat person too. Inside the Mind of a Cat is online and just because of all the meowing in between, you want to see it.

But besides that, it’s also genuinely interesting. What do all those different meows mean, for example, because yes, there is really a difference. Cats have a bad reputation with some people (completely unjustly if you ask me, but I’m not exactly objective). That they are arrogant, that they are not attached to their owners, or that they are not social.

And perhaps the biggest misconception: that cats do not love their owners. Often, in my experience, it’s the dog lovers who say this because those barking four-legged friends do care about their owners. This question is also answered in the documentary, along with other pressing questions, such as why your cat suddenly wants attention when you’ve gone to bed. And does your cat actually know what his/her name is?

And amidst all that interesting information, there are many, very many cat videos in between. This is already my favorite documentary of the year.
