During the pandemic, I started cooking more and more. And no, I am definitely not a chef yet, but I do enjoy it a lot. What I am a big proponent of are recipes that don't have a gigantic ingredient list, because then I lose interest during the preparations. One of my favorite cooking accounts on Instagram is therefore that of Pien. On her page ‘pienlaathaaretenzien’, you will find incredibly delicious recipes that are not too complicated to make. She describes her dishes as no-nonsense, and that is exactly what we want. I am especially a big fan of her pastas and risottos, with my absolute favorite being the spaghetti verde with pistachio pesto: simply amazing.
