Khloé Kardashian gets full custody of her son

A month ago it was announced that Khloé Kardashian had another child with Tristan ‘Trash can’ ‘Third Trimester’ Thompson. Side note: I really enjoy all the nicknames given to him. ‘Trash can’ speaks for itself and ‘Third Trimester’ is due to the fact that he has cheated multiple times during the third trimester of his baby mommas. Not really something to be proud of, but so far he hasn’t really learned from it.

For a change, he has cheated during this pregnancy every semester of the pregnancy. In fact, during the first trimester it came out that he had impregnated his personal trainer, Maralee Nichols, . As we now know, Khloé and Tristan's second child was born via a surrogate and they now have a healthy baby boy.

Fans were afraid that Khloé would forgive her ex for his missteps for the umpteenth time, but that doesn’t seem to be the case (thankfully). In fact, last night (U.S. time) it was announced that she will have full custody of her son, both physically and legally. This means a tough arrangement against Tristan, who at this moment has no rights as a parent.

Insiders say: ‘Even though Khloé will get full custody, she is more than willing to have Tristan in her child's life, as much as he wants.’ And also: ‘Khloé and Tristan have come to the decision that Khloé will have legal and physical custody of their baby on her own. However, Tristan is very happy that they have had another son, as he really wanted another boy.’

Tristan now has four children with three women, including a total of three sons (Prince Oliver, Theo, and now a son with Khloé) and a daughter, True.
