The latest hair trend for spring: red-dyed locks

For spring, there is a new hair trend going on and I can't wait to join in. During the last Fashion Week, at the Prada show in Milan, we suddenly saw Kendall Jenner walking the runway with red locks. All I could think was: WOW. It looked so incredibly beautiful on her. Unfortunately, it was short-lived, as she is now back to living life as a brunette.
Kendall is not the only one spotted with such beautiful red-dyed hair. Barbie Ferreira and Sydney Sweeney, two characters from my favorite series Euphoria, also chose this color. Sydney had to dye her hair red for a role, but she decided to keep it that way because she thinks this hair color suits her much better than her old blonde color. I completely agree with that. Actress Sophie Turner also traded her platinum blonde locks for a fiery red hairstyle. She is almost unrecognizable, but it looks fantastic on her too.
What is it about that color? Red is so specific and yet these women can all pull it off. In fact, I think their faces become much more expressive because of it. Fun fact: Emma Stone has been dyeing her hair red for years to land more roles. Actually, she naturally has ‘just’ blonde locks. Well, that trick has certainly paid off.
Undoubtedly, many more people will follow and choose a fiery hairstyle. I personally would love to try it at least once, but I think I would opt for a safe toner. If it doesn't work out, I could easily wash it out. I'm very curious.
