Lidl now sells chocolate bitterballen

Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: Lidl now sells chocolate bitterballen.

Normally, I'm really not a dare devil when it comes to these kinds of weird snacks, but this honestly seems delicious to me. Unfortunately, I've lost my Airfryer (yes, that can happen; you can actually losean Airfryer), but I'm going to order a new one and then I'm going to test these and I dare to bet that they will be tasty too.

Because what is there not to like about this? We also love chocolate fondue en masse, so it can't be anything but delicious!

Off to Lidl for chocolate bitterballen
Okay, when you think of bitterballen, you probably don't quickly think of sweetness, but if you forget that for a moment, this is just a really good snack. Well, one of the two new sweet bitterballen then. There is one variant with chocolate and caramel sea salt (yes, yes, yes), but also another with white chocolate and strawberries (no, no, no).

Sorry, but warm white chocolate with strawberry flavor in a crispy coating, that just seems completely unappealing to me. In the name of journalism, I will of course try them out. With fresh reluctance. But the other one? I guess that one will just stay in my freezer.
