Refreshing as a sea breeze and elusive as the depths of the ocean: Hendrick’s Gin launches NEPTUNIA after the success of last year's Lunar Gin.

Hendrick’s Gin is distilled in the rather ‘non-gin’ coastal town of Girvan, located on the southwest coast of Scotland. Along the rugged coastline of Ayrshire, also in the southwest of Scotland, the idea of Hendrick’s NEPTUNIA washed over Master Distiller Lesley Gracie. There, just a few cucumber lengths away from Hendrick’s Gin Palace, the whispering melodies of the coast enchanted her. Walking in the wind, she vowed to distill the beauty of that sea to serve it dry as gin.

Blend of botanicals
Hendrick’s NEPTUNIA, like the previous limited editions, has the original Hendrick’s Gin as its base, with the signature essences of cucumber and rose. This time, the familiar flavor is overwhelmed with a blend of botanicals that Gracie found along the Scottish coast, with a gentle breeze of citrus as a finish. What Gracie exactly picked during her many walks remained a secret; as mysterious as the darkest depths of the sea.

What does it taste like?
Juniper combined with deep earthy tones of local botanicals from Scotland, fresh herbs from the Scottish coast, and a pure yet soft citrus aftertaste. Sounds nice, doesn’t it?

Perfect serve: NEPTUNIA Fizz
Naturally, Hendrick’s NEPTUNIA thrives perfectly with some tonic and a slice of cucumber. But for those wanting to chart a different course, try this gin with sea legs in the refreshing NEPTUNIA Fizz. Here’s what you need:

  • 50ml Hendrick’s NEPTUNIA
  • 25ml fresh lime juice
  • 25ml sugar syrup
  • A splash of sparkling water

Combine all ingredients in a glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and ship ahoy!
