Proven: we find gray hair attractive on men
It is unavoidable and some find it worse than others: gray hair. Women do everything to bleach it, color it, or cover it up. And men? They like to show off that gray hairstyle.

It's strange really, that we as women try to always look young and that men just let it be and only become more attractive. Annoying? Certainly. But honestly: a man with gray hair is a different face than a woman with gray hair. We seem to find men with gray hair more attractive. In fact: 72 percent of women find men with gray hair irresistibly attractive and prefer to dive under the sheets with them. And here's why.
1. We take them more seriously
Fair is fair: a man with gray hair shows that he has the necessary experience. He knows what’s going on in life and is not afraid to show himself. That impresses and makes an impression on you. Everything he says is taken more seriously. He must know what he’s talking about, that man with the gray beard. Everything that comes out of his mouth sounds a lot more interesting and more successful.
2. They come across as more confident
Gray hair makes a statement. Someone comes across as confident when they have that gray look. And nothing is as charming as a man who doesn’t doubt himself, but is fully engaged in life and enjoys it. Gray hair also shows that he is fine with how he looks: he doesn’t dye his hair to pretend to be someone he’s not. That’s attractive too, of course.
3. Rougher and sexy
Fifty shades... You get it. Especially when you think of stubble. They look even more handsome gray. Can you already picture George Clooney?
4. Father figure
And then there’s the father figure moment. A man with gray hair unconsciously or consciously makes you think of a wise father, and sometimes as a woman, you really need that. It gives you a sense of safety and familiarity. You want to live with someone like that and share your life. And also not unimportant: someone like that makes you feel that he would be a good father for his offspring. All we want in a man, right?
