Baked Brie from the oven is all you want today

Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: baked brie from the oven is everything you want today.
What could be better than warm cheese with a firm exterior, but once you break through, you find yourself in a flowing lava of creamy melted cheese? I go crazy just thinking about it. Do you also want such a cheesy heaven? Then quickly make this baked brie.
Earlier we shared the brilliant recipe for a barbecue brie: just as creamy and just as delicious. The difference with this variant is that you don't make it on the barbecue, but in the oven. Saves you the hassle with hot coals. This baked brie is the world's easiest appetizer or party starter, just try it.
Here's how to make the baked brie
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Remove the brie from the packaging. Cut a few slits in the top of the crust. Place the cheese on a piece of baking paper.
3. Drizzle the top with some honey (or balsamic syrup), pepper, and a sprig of rosemary or thyme.
4. Put the brie in the oven for 15 minutes until the inside is melted.
Tip: Serve the baked brie with some crackers and grapes (fruit + cheese is a classic and golden combo!).
