Kroket pasta apparently really is delicious

Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: Kroket pasta seems to be really delicious.
You might think: that girl has completely lost it. But I think you should really give this a chance. Because it seems seriously tasty to me. Huge thanks to Sophie Ousri, who came up with this brilliant recipe. Well, recipe... You literally only need two ingredients: pasta and croquette. Or bitterballen, that works too, of course.
This millennial doesn't know how (or if it can even be done) to link a highlight, but Sophie at least has one on her Instagram with all kinds of photos of this gem of a dish and rave reviews.
It seems to be really delicious
Just check it out with her: people are seriously raving enthusiastic. Just make sure to mash the croquette well, of course. My first thought was also: quite strange, but it must really be tasty. The textures together do it for me: the crunchiness of the outside of the croquette, the creaminess of the inside, and then the pasta cooked al dente. Delicious. Not convinced?
