This destination in Europe is even more beautiful than the Maldives

The Maldives have been on my bucket list for years. I think for many, because that group of islands has something magical about it. It radiates a sense of ultimate luxury, it's so tropical and (apparently) particularly beautiful. But: also particularly expensive to get there. Not to mention the cost of getting there, as you have to take quite a few flights to arrive. By the way, paradise on earth is much closer to home. So forget the Maldives; a return trip to Crete is what you should book. WHUT.

There you will find the Stella Island Luxury Resort and it looks unbelievably beautiful. First plus point: it is an adults-only hotel. Now, I do think my friends' kids are really nice and fun, but I don't have any myself and I can perfectly enjoy a vacation without them. In fact, that sounds wonderful to me.

Just check out these overwater bungalows. A hammock above the water. Diving into the pool from your terrace. In addition, there are five (!) restaurants, a spa, several bars, and a real ‘party garden’. Sorry, but this sounds heavenly, right? Since I went to Jamaica (also a little paradise by the way) I have become a fan of all-inclusive concepts, and I will definitely add this one to my list. I am really ready for a vacation and I want to go here. NOW. Forget the Maldives. This is better.
