TikTok hack: this is how you fall asleep in no time

Last night was absolute hell again and that's why I'm now typing behind my laptop like a kind of zombie. I tossed and turned, worried, rolled and turned for hours until I finally – around five o'clock – fell asleep. Pure misery.
Sleepless nights are terrible, we can all agree on that. But what I personally find even worse are all the useless tips I've received in my life. From counting sheep to breathing exercises; once you're wide awake, nothing seems to help.
Still, I dutifully follow all the advice under the motto: if it doesn't help, it doesn't hurt. Today I discovered another hack on TikTok that helps you fall asleep in just a few seconds. That sounds too good to be true, but judging by the enthusiastic responses, it really seems to work.
The video was shared by former military Jocko Willink, who regularly takes a power nap and claims that his technique helps him fall asleep in no time. A nice bonus: his naps last eight to ten minutes, but through his method, he claims it feels like you've slept for six hours. That sounds like a dream, right?
Okay, I won't keep you in suspense any longer. What do we need to do for this? Very simple: lift your feet above your heart, so lie down and then place your legs on the couch, chair, or for example a pile of pillows. According to Jocko, this will help you fall asleep faster. Well, I'm already convinced, I'm going to test this out tonight.
