Wow, we’re going (over 90 days) to Ibiza, wow, back to the island. It’s still a while away, but that certainly won’t dampen the anticipation. Last week, I already made reservations at my top three hotspots. You understand: I’m really looking forward to it. And after reserving the perfect lunch or dinner spot, I suddenly thought: I can’t keep this to myself, so here are my three favorite places that I’m already most excited about.
Amante
Amante Ibiza is a beauty of a beach club located in Santa Eularia, in the east of Ibiza. The beach club is situated in a beautiful bay called Sol d’en Serra, near the beach Cala Llonga, and offers an amazing view over the sea side of life. You can lounge on a sunbed, swim in the sea, enjoy a nice lunch, and have a romantic dinner among the rocks and greenery. Are you going to Ibiza? Then you want to go to Amante, I’m sure of it.

In the bay of Cala Nova, you want to go to Aiyanna for a cool atmosphere, beautiful colorful setting, and delicious Mediterranean and Eastern menu. Wherever you sit, you have a beautiful view with a lovely cocktail or freshly squeezed juice in your hand and a view of the sea. There are sunbeds, yoga classes, and seating areas to have lunch or dinner both outside on the terrace and inside under cover. Here’s a fun fact: all organic ingredients come from their own garden. Nobu Ibiza Bay
Maybe you already know the name Nobu: a ***** hotel chain with an overload of luxury and sleek design in top locations like London and Las Vegas and everything in between. Nobu Ibiza Bay is located in the bay of Talamanca, just above Ibiza town and near Marina Botafoch. This amazing hotel has three restaurants and two bars that I actually want to recommend to you all. Especially the famous Nobu restaurant is one to never forget. Here you can enjoy delicious, refined Japanese nikkei-fusion dishes and the best sushi ever. Next to Nobu’s restaurant, there’s also Chambao: a laidback chiringuito where you can score the tastiest fresh fish and seafood when you decide to leave your fancy sunbed for a moment. And last but certainly not least: Celicioso, where you can go for healthy snacks, juices, and smoothies.
