9x friends that we all have in our friend group

My group of girlfriends is getting smaller, but secretly I don't mind that at all. People come and go, that's just part of life. Yet, in the end, there often remains a core group of friends who have not left your side all these years or have come along as a lovely surprise. One by one, they are incredibly dear to you and at the same time, they are completely different from each other. Sometimes I'm really surprised that my friends and I can get along, but maybe ‘opposites attract’ applies to friendships?
All those different types, we undoubtedly have them all in our group. Do you recognize the friends below?
1. The mother
This friend is a true gift from heaven. She is the stable factor of the group, has her life neatly organized, and is always there for everyone. No food at home? Then you can just join this friend, after all, she is cooking every evening. Moreover, she also gives the best advice without judging you. Dropping by her place feels like coming home.
2. The eternal single
This friend is also fantastic to have in your group. The eternal single is always up for something fun, no matter what day of the week it is; she is there. Especially as you get more friends with partners and children, it is a breath of fresh air to go out with this party animal. She always has the best stories and an evening with her guarantees a lot of fun.
3. The lost friend
The lost friend disappears from the radar the moment she gets a partner. Actually, that's quite a shame because she misses many important moments in your life. Yet you forgive her because you love her so much. You regret seeing her less, but when you do meet, it feels like old times. If she is happy, so are you.
4. The friend from the past
The friend from the past can sometimes be quite a tricky case. Perhaps she is a bit clingy because she has more of a need to see you than the other way around. You share a past, but have since gone in completely different directions. Meeting up can sometimes feel like an obligation, but once you are together, it is always nice.
5. The dramatic friend
We all have a drama queen in our group who blows every little thing out of proportion. This friend creates a lot of drama for herself, and that is not always easy to take seriously. Ten missed calls, minutes-long voice memos, and WhatsApp messages of an A4 or two; that is the dramatic friend. Yet it is always very entertaining to listen to her ‘heavy problems’, especially when you feel miserable yourself.
6. The clown
With this friend, you would love to live the rest of your life together. She always knows how to make you laugh and gives you nothing but good energy. Are you feeling down? A visit from her makes everything better. She can put things into perspective like no one else and rarely sees a problem, which is a breath of fresh air.
7. The FBI friend
This friend could easily be hired by the Privé. She is always in the know and follows every gossip channel as if her life depends on it. Even about people you don't even know exist, she can tell you all the ins and outs. Sometimes it is deadly exhausting, but sometimes it is incredibly handy. Want to know who that one guy was in the bar? No problem for this FBI, she has figured it out for you in no time.
8. The friend who can never be alone
This friend hops from lover to lover. She is always absolutely convinced that she has truly found 'the one', but you already know how this story will end. It would be better for this friend to stay single for a while, but she finds that hard to accept. Well, as long as she is happy.
9. The planner
Every group of friends needs a planner, otherwise your group will fall apart. The planner suggests a date picker, arranges your hotel for a weekend away, and is the only one in the group who is always on time. The planner is very busy herself, but gladly takes on these tasks.
