Stokke Tripp Trapp is celebrating its fiftieth anniversary. And that is quite a party in itself. Read: millions of children from all over the world have been sitting at the family table since designer Peter Opsvik unleashed his magic on this chair in 1972 and have been part of the family at every meal, wherever that may be, from day one. It’s one of those with a capital B for Brilliant and I actually recommend it to almost every new parent. Unlike a lot of baby gear that the little ones outgrow in no time, this is a piece that grows with every stage of childhood and beyond. Anyway, back to that party. Because of course, there has to be cake. And that cake, you eat it (if you’re lucky) as soon as possible on an amazing limited edition anniversary model of the Stokke Tripp Trapp. Ash Mixed and Ash White it is. To emphasize the exclusivity of these ash wooden chairs, each Tripp Trapp even has its own number and logo, how cool is that? And you understand: for me an Ash Mixed please, please, please.
