This is how you prevent boob sweat this summer

Besides chafing thighs and smudged makeup, boob sweat is definitely one of the most annoying things we women get as a gift in summer. With everything you wear, you have to think twice in advance if it’s really a smart choice. Any piece of clothing that is not black or white is already in the danger zone. That’s why I have five tips for you to combat those ugly sweat spots under your boobies. Thank me later.
1. Talc or baby powder
Besides the fact that it works wonders for those chafing thighs that no one can escape from, you can also easily use talcum powder under your breasts. It absorbs moisture, making it almost impossible for sweat spots to form. Just make sure to bring an extra container in your bag, as it doesn’t last long. And oh yes, spread it well before you walk around with white spots. I found this out a bit too late myself.
2. Wear airy fabrics
Fabrics like suede, leather, polyester, and viscose are better off hidden at the back of your closet during summer. Instead, choose a cotton top and linen pants, for example. These fabrics fall nicely flowy, allowing everything underneath the clothing to ventilate well. Plus: it feels a lot better than a sticky sweat pants in which you feel uncomfortable all day.
3. The right bra
Boob sweat originally comes from the contact your bra makes with the skin underneath. And once that starts to irritate, the sweat keeps flowing. But there’s a solution for this. Just wear a bra made of a non-synthetic fabric, like cotton. This already reduces irritation significantly. What you can also do is go braless, because let’s be honest: it will ventilate nicely up there.
4. Panty liner
In times of need, this is really the way to go. Just stick a panty liner under the underwire of your bra. There you go, you’re safe. And if you don’t have one with you, there’s surely someone nearby who will lend you one.
5. Antiperspirant spray
If I could give you one tip, it would be an antiperspirant spray. You might think it’s only meant for under the armpits, but no. Due to its absorbing properties, you can easily use it on other areas, including the boobies. And believe me: this really works. Just keep in mind that the sweat glands can get clogged in the long run. So use it only for special occasions.
