Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the food lovers of online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat and what to cook. This time: Aldi messes up with Easter bunny marshmallows.

The chances are high that Aldi will simply stick to chocolate Easter eggs in the coming years. Rightly so; there’s not much that can go wrong with that. This year, however, they decided to experiment with Easter bunny marshmallows, and that turned out a bit differently than expected.

Although we probably still tasted good, they might be more suitable for a bachelorette party than an Easter brunch…

‘Sorry Aldi, this is not a rabbit’
Twitter user @missviaborsi brought home a bag and when she looked closer, she saw that she hadn’t brought home marshmallow bunnies, but marshmallow penises. Oh, mistake, it happens.

Aldi thought the same, responding on Twitter. ‘Even we can’t defend this,’ they state on Twitter. Well, at least it will be an exciting Easter this way.
