Bam Margera is wanted by the police

Every time I see Bam Margera's name pop up on the internet, I hold my breath. I used to be a huge fan of Jackass, just like almost everyone back then. I thought it was a brilliant idea to also go mess around with shopping carts like those cool guys from Jackass did, but soon I realized it was mostly terrifying, and much safer to just watch them do those crazy stunts. And, like many others, I was quite in love with Bam Margera. My goodness, I thought he was handsome. And then to be able to skateboard like that; I still melt.

Unfortunately, many of the Jackass stars have had to deal with alcohol and drug addictions since their success; now, except for Bam Margera, they are all sober. Steve-O has even become a motivational speaker, just like Brandon Novak. Unfortunately, it seems Bam is struggling to overcome his alcohol addiction and as a result, he still often gets into trouble.

So also now, as the Pennsylvania police have announced that they are looking for Bam. According to them, he was involved in a fight or scuffle last Sunday at eleven o'clock in the morning local time. The police were called by bystanders (probably the residents of the house where this happened, which according to the police is a family member) and it was found that Bam had inflicted injuries on another (reportedly his brother Jesse). However, before the police arrived, Bam fled into the woods — and he has not been found yet.

‘I will kill you. I will shoot a bullet through your head,’ he is also said to have told the victim. The rest of those present were also threatened, as stated in the police report.

Bam has gone missing before: last June he fled twice from the rehab clinic where he was staying, and that in two weeks. Both times he was fortunately found quickly and returned to the clinic.

According to TMZ, an intervention was organized for Bam earlier this month, after he was arrested for public intoxication in Los Angeles. His friends reportedly told him that they love him and want him to go into rehab again for his alcohol problems. Bam seemed not unwilling to this, but his current girlfriend has put a stop to it. She reportedly would have no place to live if he went into rehab.

His current girlfriend Jessica is currently living with her daughter at Bam's house. He is currently in the process of divorcing his wife Nikki, with whom he has a son named Phoenix. She is also said to have been present at this intervention and indicated that he is welcome back in their lives, as long as he is sober and stays that way.

It's all very sad; it doesn't seem like Bam Margera can overcome his addictions and the problems seem to be piling up. Hopefully, he will be found in good health soon.
