First Aid for Christmas is already our favorite Christmas movie

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! If we are to believe Videoland. The streaming service recently revealed the trailer for the brand new feel-good Christmas movie Eerste Hulp Bij Kerst on Instagram.

Eerste Hulp Bij Kerst is a film by Will Koopman, whom we all know as the creator of Gooische Vrouwen (who are also making a comeback!), so we actually already know that this is going to be our new favorite Christmas movie. The film is about four employees in a hospital who are struggling with themselves, each other, and their patients on Christmas Eve. Aside from all the stress (it’s not a Christmas movie if something doesn’t go wrong that ultimately gets magically resolved), they all discover the same thing: to love others, you must first love yourself. The film takes on a Love Actually-like character as you are taken into the lives of different characters. As the biggest fan of this kind of romcoms, I can’t wait to immerse myself in this story with a cup of hot chocolate.

With a fantastic cast including Soy Kroon, Eva Laurenssen, Soumaya Ahouaoui, Tim Haars, Leopold Witte, and Peter Paul Muller, this is going to be a treat to watch, right?

We still have to wait a bit, as Eerste Hulp Bij Kerst will only be available on Videoland from December 6, but you can already watch the trailer here:
