Yes yes, I know: I was really done with everything around the crompouce. But that was before I heard about the crompouce Martini, because that sounds really delicious to me. Especially since I don't have to do anything for it myself; this cocktail just comes from a tap.

This new flavor will soon be available for rent at De Cocktailtapper, which I had never heard of before, but it's a concept close to my heart. Cocktail taps that you can rent for your drinks or party: brilliant.

AND WHAT IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A CROMPOUCE MARTINI AT HOME?
Yes, then you'll have to come up with a recipe yourself, although I do have another recipe for you if it's purely about the color. And it's very simple: you make it like a normal espresso Martini, but instead of coffee liqueur, you use Baileys Red Velvet Cupcake. And voilà: a delicious pink color and wonderfully sweet taste.

For this cocktail, you will need vodka, coffee, and Baileys Red Velvet Cupcake, and optionally some coffee beans for decoration. Or of course just a piece of tompouce. Guaranteed success.
