Model Emily Ratajkowski has one word for divorced people around 30: chic. The model shares via TikTok that she notices many women who married young are getting divorced around their thirties. Instead of seeing that as a weakness and failure, she describes it as strong, chic, and liberating.

‘As someone who married at 26 and has been divorced for just over a year at 32, I have to say that I think there’s nothing better. There’s nothing better than being in your thirties, still looking good, having your own money, and having time to figure out what you want to do with your life. As a divorced person, you’ve tried out the marriage fantasy and probably realized that it’s not as perfect as you thought it would be. And, also not unimportant: you still have your whole life ahead of you,’ she explains.
She ends her video with: ‘So for all those people feeling stressed about their divorce: it’s a good thing. Congratulations.’
