Wow: this is in this year's Oscars goodie bag

You would think that winning an Oscar is the biggest gift you can take home that night, but you haven't seen the goodie bags yet. They are, in fact, every time too bizarre for words. This year they are filled with about sixty (!) items and we're not just talking about a few nice perfumes and shower gels, but about luxury trips away and free Botox treatments.
Yes, yes, go big or go home thought Lash Fary, the company that fills the Oscar goodie bags. The underlying idea of the company is to let celebrities support and promote small businesses because of their large reach, but you can also call it a big marketing technique. Oh well, what does it matter, I can only enjoy it.
Let's start with my favorite part of the goodie bag: the trips. This is what I am most jealous of. All nominees get to stay in an authentic lighthouse that has been transformed into a hotel on an Italian island, but for those who don't feel like the sun, there is always the option to stay in a Canadian mansion of ten hectares. As a poor student, I can only dream of this at the moment. But that's not all: they each get a piece of Australian land in their name to protect nature in this way. I'm still not sure whether I find this an exaggerated or a beautiful gift.
You can probably guess that there are quite a few beauty and fashion-related products in there. From hair styling products and satin pillowcases to microneedling treatments; you name it. But you will also find a lot of jewelry in there, such as a customized gemstone bracelet worth almost 5000 euros. I would also like one of those for free. My favorite in the list is the free facial rejuvenation procedure from Dr. Konstantin Vasyukevich. I have a strong suspicion that this will appeal to most people.
In the category of wellness products, there were some very special things, if you ask me. Think of fertility supplements, energy cards, and edible massage oil. I must honestly admit that I don't get hungry from that right away. The only fun thing seems to be the shaman lecture by author Jo Bowlby, who has also written about this. Of course, that book is also in the goodie bag, no worries.
Furthermore, the box is filled with all kinds of exotic delicacies such as Japanese milk, hand-picked dates, special wines, natural teas, and special chai. But I wonder if a lot of this will actually be eaten. Probably half of it will rot away in the pantry, just like the average Christmas package where you don't like half of it.
Or this goodie bag surpasses that of 2020 I wonder. I think there have been cutbacks since then, because a piece of 18k jewelry was certainly not on the agenda this time. What a shame. Still, I would kill for one just for such a free skin treatment or the piece of Australian land.
