The trial against Gwyneth Paltrow is laughable

After the special trial of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard last year I thought I had seen it all, but apparently that's not the case. The trial between Gwyneth Paltrow and Terry Sanderson started last week and these two are taking it up a notch. My entire Twitter and TikTok are filled with clips from the live-streamed trial and it's too hilarious for words.

Let me briefly explain what the trial is about. Well, here's the deal: Dr. Terry Sanderson, now 76 years old, is suing Gwyneth for a ski incident from 2016. He filed this lawsuit in 2019, and now the hearings have finally begun. Terry claims that Gwyneth ‘skied into’ him on the slopes, which has caused both physical and mental issues. Initially, he wanted $3.1 million in damages, but that amount has now been reduced to $300,000. It's difficult to prove whether Gwyneth is guilty because there were no eyewitnesses to the incident. Gwyneth Paltrow's counterclaim is therefore $1 (yes, no joke), something her lawyer made known during his plea by waving a dollar bill. According to the public on social media, this shows the level of seriousness with which she takes the trial, and that is very evident from her facial expressions and statements. She actually behaves like a typical housewife from Beverly Hills and the whole internet is feasting on it.
