New trend in hair: CBD oil

By

Two to three years ago, I started my hair journey and I have already made quite a few steps. Where I initially had extensions with micro rings (in other words: one of the worst choices you can make for your hair), I have now happily switched to tape extensions (the best choice for your hair). I regularly treat my hair to masks, I wash it less, and I no longer set the styling and curling iron to cremation mode. And now, after all this time, I can finally say that my hair looks healthy again. Maybe I will even get rid of the extensions soon (if they weren't so nice, I would have done that already, especially now that my real hair is no longer such a sad little bunch).

There is one treatment that has really done wonders for my hair, and I started it about a year ago. Funny: I was already using a similar product, but to relax. Little did I know it would also work wonders for my hair.

I'm obviously talking about CBD oil, which you can take, but does wonders for your hair in the form of masks or oil. I personally go to the hairdresser every two months and now I always include a CBD treatment. I see it on the menu at more and more hairdressers, so if you see it: give it a chance. My hair has responded so well, and especially if you have dry hair and/or want it to grow, this is a good tip.

I started my hair journey at BRUSH Hair + Make-up, where I have become quite a regular since then. Sometimes I stop by just for this CBD treatment, which is a 3-in-1 CBD Molecular mask for them. So nice and really a treat-yourself moment. Taking CBD always makes me a lot calmer, but such a hair spa moment does just as much good.
