7 Insta-things that make you break out spontaneously
At least I do

Assuming that I am quite a sunny type, there are always some things every day that make me feel sour and itchy in strange places. Most of the time, it's Instagram-related. Probably because it builds up and then I think: do you even know what you're actually saying?
I did some fieldwork in the editorial app and with my friends and came up with the following list.
1. Quite well-known people asking their followers what they are going to do today/how they feel/whether they recognize this, etc. etc.
All of this probably comes from a nanopercentage of interest, but mainly to increase the interaction on their Instagram, making Insta consider you more important and showing you in more algorithms, thus gaining more followers and ultimately earning more money.
2. People who say on Insta ‘Big things are coming, stay tuned’
Firstly, the Big-ness of the news usually turns out to be a bit disappointing, and secondly: just say it if you want to share the news. I find this a mix of ‘look at me being very and super important’ and ‘nananananaaah, you can't know it anyway’. Unless I really like you and forgive you for it, otherwise there's a reason to unfollow. Immediately.
3. The word is out
That usually follows a week after point 2. Come up with something new, come on. Finally, I can tell it, the lid is off the pan and after a month of simmering, our new company is now big enough to be shown to the world. Something like that. You're so creative, well, let that also resonate in your texts.
4. Sorry I was offline for a bit
Usually, I don't notice that at all. Most people follow hundreds of other people. They certainly didn't notice that you were offline or, worse, worried about you. You're not Beyoncé. And even then, I wouldn't worry.
5. People who say they are going offline but just post again
Writing farewell posts with a lot of fanfare, taking in all the reactions, and then posting Stories the next day anyway. Oh, you have an Insta sabbatical for your real timeline. Stories, TikTok, BeReal, and YouTube just keep going. Okay.
6. A thousand hashtags
#mom, #momlife, #nature, #morningwalk #morning #walk #lovinglife #loving #life
7. People who react angrily on stories to DMs they apparently received
Dear, I know nothing, I'm not aware of any wrongdoing. I just follow you and now I get all your anger directed at me.
Or is that exactly what I'm doing to you right now?

PS. What is your biggest Insta-irritation? This was – again – a joke
