YOU CAN BETTER HAVE PIZZA FOR BREAKFAST THAN CRUESLI

Say wine, snacks or haute cuisine and the gourmands at online food magazine FavorFlav know where to drink, how to eat it and what to cook. This time our cheffies serve you: you can better have pizza for breakfast than cruesli.
There are so many conflicting reports about healthy eating that we no longer know what to believe. That's why we at the editorial team choose to only believe the reports that make us happy. The news that we can eat pizza for breakfast instead of cereal is the perfect example of that.
That many breakfast cereals are full of sugar will be no news. A serving of Frosties contains 18 grams of sugar, while the daily recommended amount of sugar for a woman is 25 grams. A serving of cruesli contains about 13 grams. Nutritionist Chelsea Armer came up with The Daily Mail therefore a very special alternative: a slice of pizza.
Balanced
According to the expert, it contains more fat and less sugar, which means you won't experience a sugar crash. Pizza contains more protein and carbohydrates, and with a bit of luck, you might even get some vegetables in. It's still not really healthy, but according to Chelsea, it is a more balanced option. We're on board with that.
