According to science, this is the perfect power nap

On vacation, I do it every day, and at home, I try to do it more often too: a power nap. I can never actually fall asleep at home, but just lying down and ~processing~ everything from the whole day really works wonders for me. And I don't need to tell you that power napping is incredibly healthy for you: people who take a nap every day live according to science really longer.
But you have to do it right, and of course, there is a science behind that too. The nappuccino would be the perfect way. And by the name, you might already guess a little how this power nap works: it is indeed actually a ‘coffee nap’.
You take a coffee of your choice and lie down immediately after for your power nap. This ensures that the caffeine in your coffee kicks in just when you wake up: the perfect power nap lasts only 20 minutes, and it takes 30 minutes for the caffeine in your coffee to start working.
Additionally, drinking a coffee before your power nap makes you much more alert than if you just take a power nap or just drink a coffee. Yep, you read that right: a combination of these two is proven to be much better than just doing one thing.
Moreover, 20-minute power naps make you more productive and experience less stress — and add this to that increased alertness and you can't be stopped. I'm going to start this right away on Monday.
