Science says: with this simple workout trick you'll get stronger orgasms

Look, this is a workout I can get behind. With the following exercise, you can actually make your orgasms stronger. Normally, I'm not one to drag myself to the gym (I've been sponsoring my local gym for eight months without stepping inside even once), but I’ll be putting on my outdated Nikes in no time for this. The fact that you don’t have to work up a sweat for this workout completely sells me. I’d like to introduce you to: pelvic floor work, or pelvic floor exercises.
A common misconception is that mind-blowing orgasms depend on how tight everything down there is. The success of an orgasm actually lies in flexibility and stretchability, which is less talked about. A shame, because this is precisely the key to orgasms you can't get enough of. A too-tight pelvic floor is even seen as weak, which can lead to incontinence and pain during sex. Not something you want to voluntarily sign up for.
Experts also encourage you to engage your pelvic floor while exercising without tensing it up excessively. You can practice this by using a fitness ball, for example. All you have to do is sit directly on the ball with your pelvic floor and rock back and forth. This tenses your pelvic floor in a way that makes things down there much more flexible. It may look funny, but trust me, this really feels very relaxing, and all the women in your gym deserve to know exactly what you're doing.
Curious how you can apply this yourself? Follow the steps in this video and your partner will soon be wondering what you’re doing so often at the gym and why he or she is being dragged to the bedroom for the umpteenth time. Thank me later!
