The loempidel is really a snack that, in my opinion, should appear in veeeeeeeel more places. I had to go to @pshetparool Amstelveen to get one, at Carels Cafetaria, of course. A friendly place that is in a kind of large trailer (just google it), and they can fry well. So what exactly is that loempidel? This snack is fundamentally different from the well-known frikandel, because the loempidel has the jacket of the spring roll and inside is a sauce that resembles the sweet and soft variant of hoisin sauce. Result: a very tasty frikandel. It's just a shame that this loempidel is so thin, because this pleasure ball benefits from being nice and thick. Yum. So yes, what would I advise? Try to find out if the loempidel is available near you, because you have to have eaten it at least once. Just like everyone should have seen The Lion King at some point. Or Frozen. Or that one Dutch romcom that also looks like the other one that also looks like another one. Anyway. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
