The Oreo hype may not be as big in the Netherlands as in America, but you can really wake me up for an Oreo. This delicious cookie has been around since 1912 and is a true classic in its home country. While we have to make do with just a few simple flavors, in the US you can buy the most bizarre creations.
In the 111 years they have existed, countless flavors have passed by. While some flavors became a mega success, others disappeared from the stage just as quickly as they came. We find these the most special flavors, with some really delicious ones and also quite a few lesser ones...

If autumn were a flavor, it would be this cookie!

This flavor is all about texture. The delicious caramel with coconut flakes is to die for!

Of the cake flavors that Oreo knows, this is the best. Less artificial than the Red Velvet and Birthday Cake.

If you love peanut butter, this is a must. Otherwise, just leave it.

This was released as part of a ‘guess the flavor’ campaign. The filling that was supposed to taste like churros was not really recognizable.

An honorable mention, this is the most popular Oreo and as far as I'm concerned, really the tastiest because there is just enough filling in it.

This Oreo was immensely popular when it came out. Packed with chocolate, so if you like that, go to Amazon, where you can buy all the flavors. 
This flavor is really all Christmas! Super tasty but definitely a seasonal cookie.

This may not be entirely fair, but as a Lady Gaga fan: everything Lady Gaga does is of course top-notch!

This Oreo is best compared to a very thin mint. It's a mediocre cookie and the crunchiness is nice, but the mint flavor is very minimal.

The flavor of spring is quite undefinable in this cookie, but it tastes pretty good. The color is less appetizing.
