The hotspots in Prague that you want to visit

Do you also prefer to brave the winter blues abroad, but don't want to spend a fortune? Then Prague is the place you want to be during these ultra-gray days. At least, I would sign up for that. Just for the Christmas markets, I would gladly board that plane (or the train) to get there. And if you are there anyway, you definitely don't want to miss these next hotspots. Here they come.
1. Café Savoy
You have breakfast at Café Savoy. Not only do you sit like a princess due to the stylish art deco decor, but you are also treated like one. The service is friendly, you can see how the pastry chefs work on your way to the toilet (which I find nice), and you can also have a great lunch and dinner there besides breakfast. A bit pricey, but that just depends on your own budget.

2. Lumia Light Gallery
Whether you are out with the family, making the city unsafe with your girlfriends, or on a date with your brand new partner: this interactive exhibition with audiovisual art is a must-see. From light shows to colored sand; I can't even explain it. Just see for yourself and you'll understand why you want to see this. A ticket for adults costs about twelve euros and for children, you pay less than seven euros. A thousand percent worth the money.
@eatdrinkandtravel_ I love when my inner child comes out 😅 Lumia Gallery is also referred to as Lumia Art Museum. Price is 280 Crowns for adults. 3. Anonymous Shrink’s Office
For when you want to try something different: at this cocktail bar, you don't choose your own drinks, the drawings do that for you. Let me explain briefly: when you sit at a table, you don't get a menu but a booklet with watercolor images. You pick one that appeals to you the most, and based on that, a drink is made for you. You can imagine that you need to reserve in advance for this bar, so definitely do that. Then you have a nice story to tell at home.

4. Starbucks Prague Castle
Your coffee to go? You just get it at Starbucks, and Prague just happens to have one of the most amazing locations ever. It’s located on top of Prague Castle (which is already a sight in itself), where you have a view over the entire city. Then that six euros for an oat cappuccino is almost a bargain, right?.
@lifewithdharma It may just be a Starbucks, but it boasts one of the BEST views of Prague 🤩 🇨🇿 📍Starbucks Prague Castle #prague #praguecity #starbucks #starbys #traveltok #dreamon #praguetrip #thingstodoinprague #praguethingstodo #praguetravel #praguetips ♬ original sound – Owen
5. Wallenstein Palace
For when you haven't had enough culture in the city itself, type Wallenstein Palace into Google Maps. It’s located right in the center, but you won't notice the hustle and bustle there at all. It’s a beautiful palace with a huge garden where you can undoubtedly collect a few snapshots for your photo dump. Don't miss it, okay? Entrance to the garden is free and at no cost.
6. The Flat
If you want to brunch somewhere nice, let it be at this café. It’s called The Flat, and honestly, I have nothing bad to say about it. The food is fantastically delicious, the atmosphere is cozy due to the homely decor, and the people are incredibly hospitable. Take my word for it and order the Eggs Florentine. Oh, and a fun detail: in the café, there are all kinds of cabinets. Open one of those cabinet doors and you suddenly find yourself in the toilet.

7. Pasta Fresca
A pasta always fits in, if you ask me. And the best one in Prague is undoubtedly at Restaurant Pasta Fresca. It’s located in the old town area, so quite easy to find. From the outside, it looks a bit small, but inside you won't notice that due to the two floors and always filled tables. And I haven't even started talking about the food yet. The gnocchi, the pasta with truffle, the red Italian wine; well, you really have to taste it yourself. Then you'll understand me for sure.
