This is the ultimate tip against fear of flying

Next week I'll be on a plane again on my way to Valencia. There's just one thing I always dread, and that's the flight itself. Yep, I have a fear of flying and not just a little bit. Whether it's a two-hour flight or one of twelve hours; I standardly have a panic attack and I can be happy if it only happens once. Fortunately, I've found the ultimate tip that has finally eased this fear a bit. And no, it's not a sedative, rather a kind of metaphor that brings some reassurance when you step into that plane next time.
The person who came up with the tip is Anna Paul. She is a famous TikToker with about 6.5 million followers who, like me, avidly watches her daily vlogs in which she travels all over the world. And not just any trips, but incredibly luxurious trips funded by the money she earns from her popular OnlyFans account.
In one of her videos, she explains step by step how to overcome the fear of flying, but I'll also type it out for convenience. So imagine a little piece of paper in a bowl of pudding; the paper represents the airplane and the pudding stands for the air it flies in. When you touch the pudding, you notice that the pudding moves, but the piece of paper stays in place. This is exactly how turbulence works: the airplane experiences air pressure from all sides, causing it to move a bit, but ultimately it doesn't go anywhere. Therefore, it's virtually impossible for it to just fall out of the sky, because it is, so to speak, ‘stuck’. So the next time you take off with sweaty armpits and red stress spots on your neck, just think of a bowl of pudding. It has helped me in any case, and this way I start my vacations a lot more relaxed, I can tell you.
