These are the five biggest hair trends of autumn 2023

By

To be ahead of the game for next season, we are presenting today the five biggest hair trends for autumn. For some, one may be a bit more drastic (with extra long locks) than the other, but as far as we are concerned, and especially the it-girls and celebs below, they are more than ‘just’ worth considering for your next visit to the hairdresser.

The side parting
The middle parting makes way for the good old side variant, where the main rule is: the more volume, the better. Tip: let your hair dry in a middle parting, to then perfectly hairflip it with the best ‘flip‘ effect.

The 90’s bob
The 90’s bob à la Hailey Bieber is one that we would love to carry from summer into autumn (and I bet also winter). For those with long locks, it’s just as exciting, but with the image below for inspiration, it’s impossible for it to not suit you, so cool.

Long shag
If you are a dedicated TikTok fan, you have definitely seen this: the long shag. It is a variant of the wolf cut where longer layers are incorporated throughout the hairstyle.

Linen blonde
We skip platinum blonde or golden blonde and go all the way for fresh, creamy tones that don’t come off too ashy blonde.

Italian bob
Casual but chic with a 60’s edge it is.
The Italian bob is usually cut to (or just below) your chin,
making it look extra elegant. The cut matches best with a
fringe that falls to the side. And, if you happened to have seen the second season of White Lotus,
then Aubrey Plaza is everything.
