See: the trailer of the romantic comedy Oops, I'm Growing

That name probably sounds familiar to you, and that's not surprising, because the film is inspired by the worldwide bestseller that's been around for thirty years: Oops, I Grow. The book of books (or app) is truly a must-have for all young families, believe me. It consists of no less than 500 pages, and you can find everything in it about every leap aka period of development that your child experiences in the first twenty months. Speaking of those leaps: I had never heard of them until a few years ago, but as a baby mommy, a leap is really a thing.
In the film, you follow three different couples who all deal with parenthood, the leaps, and everything that comes with it in their own way. In the trailer, you quickly see that it's not always easy to keep all the balls in the air, how to deal with sleep deprivation, all the daily struggles, but of course also the most beautiful and special moments. The makers of Fuck Love and Just Say Yes are due on Friday, June 9, and I bet the Netflix baby will be born not much later. I'll be on the couch that evening with a bowl of sweet popcorn because I can't wait for this delightful Dutch film that probably reflects my life at this moment. Looking forward to it!
