Today we tip: the best restaurant in Ibiza now has an insane collaboration

Since I dined at the location in Dubai, this restaurant has been in my top three all-time favorites. And that works out well because they now have 56 restaurants worldwide. A bit less for my wallet, but it's worth it every single time. So when I was planning my trip to Ibiza, I knew: Nobu had to be on the list.
Only this time I did it a bit differently, because the Nobu location in Ibiza Town had a pop-up restaurant for the first time this season: Gusto. A temporary restaurant where Michelin-starred chef Nieves Barragán Mohacho reigns and the result is, in one word, delicious. Think of tapas, but at such a high level that you don't know what you're experiencing. Starting with the olives: they were so good and served with orange — a crazy combination I thought, but incredibly tasty. Just like the homemade ham croquetas topped with Manchego cheese. Check the entire menu here but to get a good impression; we definitely had a lot of choice stress.
The favorites of the evening was a case of ‘kill your darlings’, but we wanted to order that bluefin tuna with avocado, lime in a soy dressing at least four more times, just like the chicken skewers — so tender and so well seasoned, I still dream about them.
And maybe the best news of all: if all goes well, Gusto will continue for another year next season. So if you're heading to Ibiza: make sure to reserve here.
