5 things you want to know about the Diddy case

And why haven't we heard anything from J.Lo yet?

We all know by now how the ball started rolling. The video in which Cassie was abused by her then-boyfriend Diddy caused a lot of stir. And for those who don't remember: when Cassie finally dared to leave him and moved on with her personal trainer Alex Fine, Diddy made her look terrible in the media. Diddy can't handle his loss well. And partly because of that, a lot of conspiracies surrounding this case have come to light. But with all that information, conspiracies, and documentaries in the making, I sometimes can't see the forest for the trees. Because I am of course curious enough to spend (too much) time and attention figuring this all out, I will explain the five most important things. Because you want to know this about the Diddy case.

‘The List’: what is it and who is on it
Why did ’the list’ initially catch my attention? Because Jay Z and Beyoncé would be on it. What that list entails and how those names end up there is quite obvious. Diddy was always known for his ‘White Parties’. A kind of Sensation White avant la lettre. Every celeb who was interesting and important enough was dressed in nothing but white clothing, allowed into Puffy's fully white-clad mansion. The entire guest list would thus be complicit in the sexual abuse that took place at his parties. But there have also been a lot of people who broke all contact with Diddy after attending those parties. The ‘Freak Offs’ that Diddy organized were also a bit more extreme than the ‘regular’ white parties. At the freak offs, the victims (both men and women) were drugged and abused.

Many people around Diddy have died under suspicious circumstances
I think we all still remember the moment we heard that Aaliyah had crashed in a private jet after filming her latest music video in the Bahamas in 2001. Aaliyah had been taken under Diddy's wing since she was 14. Rumor has it that the two had a relationship, despite her being clearly underage. Now that more and more stories about Diddy are coming to light, people are slowly starting to speculate that Aaliyah's death may not have been an accident... Not only Aaliyah, but also Diddy’s ex-wife Kim Porter died under strange circumstances. Kim Porter had 3 children with Diddy, and their on-and-off relationship continued until her death in 2018. Kim was suddenly found dead in her own home. It was said that she had been suffering from pneumonia for a while, but in principle, a young, healthy woman shouldn't suddenly die from that... J.Lo was married to the rapper for two years, but she has currently disappeared from the face of the earth. Whether that has to do with her most recent divorce (from Ben Affleck) or with a possible contract that Diddy may have made her sign, as was the case with Cassie, we do not know at this moment.

50 Cent and Eminem have always warned us about Diddy Eminem has apparently mentioned Diddy in several songs over the years. In his most recent song (‘Fuel’), he calls Diddy a ‘raper’ instead of a rapper, but of course, cleverly hidden in a sentence. You only realize it when you say it out loud: “I’m like a R-A-P-E-R. Got so many S-As (huh) / Wait, he didn’t just spell the world ‘rapper’ and leave out a P, did he?”
50 has been working on directing the documentary about Diddy’s criminal activities for some time now. It won't be difficult to gather enough footage, as Diddy has often proudly talked about his wild parties over the years. Not that he literally confessed to raping people, but that they would arrest him for the kind of parties he organized. See for example the video below.‘

Like father, like son probably applies in this case as well, unfortunately. One of his sons, Christian a.k.a. King Combs, was already handcuffed during the raid on Diddy’s house. Shortly thereafter, they let him go again because there were no charges against him. But now a woman has come forward to the police with stories about Christian that could be compared to the practices his father is accused of. His older brother Justin is also accused of shady business. Justin was allegedly not only present when someone was shot in Diddy’s studio, but he would have been the shooter himself. Horrible, isn't it, that those children seem to have been raised by their father in such a way that these kinds of things are completely normal.
There are currently 12 charges against him.

It's almost impossible to keep track. What Diddy is accused of, and what he is actually being charged with: it's just an overwhelming amount of information. We are talking about: assault, sexual abuse, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, threats, drugging people before he raped them (or had them raped), drug dealing, sex with minors, but he also forced other men to have sex with men, or to watch how others were abused. All these facts separately are already horrific. And taken together, you can only feel incredibly nauseous and sad about it.
