All these pasta sauces are ready in the time it takes to cook your pasta. And with a bit of luck, you already have the ingredients at home.
Agio olio e pepperoncino
If you use dried peppers or chili flakes, you definitely have all the ingredients at home for this classic. Gently fry garlic in thin slices in olive oil with some salt, pepper, and toss it with extra olive oil through the spaghetti. For extra flavor, you can add a small knob of butter.

Vongole
A little trip to the fishmonger, but then you have enough spaghetti vongole for an orphanage. You steam the vongole until cooked in a few minutes, and they give off a delicious salty flavor. Deglaze with white wine and your spaghetti is a fact.
Puttanesca
The ultimate pantry dish with anchovies and canned tomatoes, you probably have a jar of capers somewhere as well. All these pronounced flavors make this quick bite much tastier than you would expect from such a quick dish.
