If you didn't already know Jenna Ortega, by now you surely know her from the series ‘Wednesday’. The slightly absurdist series was a huge success, so it was also immediately clear to Netflix that there had to be a new season. And soon. But we also all know that we always have to be quite patient then. Indeed, the second season was announced in January 2023, but a release date remained a secret.

Fortunately, we have since been assured that there will be a second season: they officially started filming the new episodes in May 2024. Since we can assume that it will take until 2025 before we can finally start binging again, we are extra happy with this sneak peak behind the scenes of season 2. They say it will be even freakier than the first one, so I am already preparing myself for sleepless nights because I am afraid that ’thing’ will suddenly start rummaging through my house.
