Narcissism, you hear more and more about it. And actually always in a negative form, because you certainly don't want a narcissist as a partner or to be one yourself. But did you know that a mild form of narcissism can actually be good and work in your favor?

People with a mild form of narcissism can still have positive traits and can function well in certain situations. You are just a bit more focused on yourself than others, and that's not always a bad thing.

If you have it very mildly, you are indeed a goal getter, and that can take you far in your career. For example, you also like to think about yourself and your own interests. That may come across as selfish, but it also serves a purpose, like reaching the top as a leader. Especially as a woman. Dare to choose out loud what you want, not what someone else wants. Don't just follow others, have your own opinion, and stand your ground. Sometimes you have to put yourself first because no one else is going to do that for you. This can also yield a lot in your private life. You focus on your own well-being, health, growth, and life. That does you good because at home you are simply happier.

And one more thing. People with narcissism also find themselves particularly talented and important. If you have this to a very slight degree, at least you are not insecure. With that, you can also go far in your career, and it works well in your social life too. Just think about dating: if you find yourself cool and attractive, you can more confidently hook up with a nice flame. You dare to take risks because you don't think you fail easily. You see yourself as a success. A bit of arrogance at times can work just fine if you want a higher salary, are looking for a new lover, or want to expand your group of friends.

Look, too much narcissism is not great, you understand that yourself. But having a little bit of it is only good for you, both privately and professionally. Go get them with your self-confidence and talents, and just be very kind to others. It costs you nothing and ultimately gives you the most in life.
