Experts consider this the ideal body count for women

What is the best number of sexual partners a woman can have? There is a lot to say about it and actually very little: it’s up to you. Because what suits you best, you know best. So there is no ‘golden’ number.
However, we do have averages that might make you wiser. A study published in the journal PLOS ONE in 2016, which analyzed data from various countries, found that the average number of sexual partners for women worldwide varied, but often ranged from 4 to 8 partners. So that is a guideline for what most women have in terms of body count.
There are also local differences. In Europe, there are significant differences between countries. Research conducted in the United Kingdom by the Office for National Statistics found that women had an average of 7.7 sexual partners. In England, they seem to enjoy it quite a bit. We Dutch are a bit more reserved. According to a global study by Durex in 2007, Dutch women had an average of 6.9 partners in their lifetime. This was slightly lower than the global average. And other studies even say that we Dutch are still a bit below average. On average, women in the Netherlands have between 4 and 7 partners in their lifetime, according to most researchers. If you have more than that, then your body count is above average.
Experts consider 3 or fewer partners to be ‘few’ and more than 11 partners to be ‘many’. But don't pin yourself down too much on this.
Look, having more partners has the advantage that you have more experience with different bodies and preferences. You can work with that. You also know better what you like. The advantage of having fewer partners is that you are probably more of the long-term relationship type, which may make you feel less lonely and very loved. There is something to say for everything, so do what makes you happy.
