How the Games can affect your sex life

Everyone goes through periods when they just don't feel good in their skin. This is often the case around menstruation, but it can also be that you are unsure about your body for a longer period. Especially when you scroll a lot on Instagram, you see many of the same types of bodies. There seem to be only two types: Kylie Jenner (narrow waist, large breasts, and round buttocks) and supermodels like Romee Strijd and Emily Ratajkowski.
Yet, thanks to the Olympic Games, a shift can be noticed in the way many women think. Because there we see not only the bodies we know from Insta, but also the small, strong women like Simone Biles in gymnastics. Or think of Lieke Klaver with her long legs and strong arms winning medals on the athletics track. Strong shoulders, small breasts, large penises, or just small ones, it all passes your screen and everyone can have an opinion about it. But the most important thing is that there is finally representation for many more different women, with a natural body, where you can just be yourself instead of having to change everything about yourself.
That effect, of completely accepting your own body, not only makes you feel sexier, but also radiates that confidence. And there is nothing more attractive than someone who shows that they feel good in their skin. It can also be much more fun for yourself to send a spicy photo to your lover, unexpectedly in the middle of the day for example, so that they also know what awaits them when they come home. Often it is also the case that when a woman feels better in her skin, she finds it less embarrassing to show that she enjoys sex. But also that it feels nicer to let your loved one look at your body, instead of always keeping the lights off. Especially for men, it is the case that they are very visually oriented (that's why they usually watch more porn than women), so that looking also provides them with extra pleasure. So take a good look at all those top athletes proudly waving with their medals around their necks on a podium. We seem to resemble them more than you might initially think.
