This series is much more intense than MAFS

Every time I watch a new season of Married at First Sight, I wonder again why those poor people have to go on their honeymoon together right away and then immediately move in together. It seems super awkward to me to be thrown into each other's company right after a first meeting without the distraction of work, friends, or just simple alone time.
Now it turns out that it can get even worse: MAFS, but on a deserted island! In this new Videoland series, ‘Stranded on Honeymoon Island’, it seems like you're participating in Expedition Robinson, but with someone you're stuck with for the rest of your life. Here's how it goes: the people who are married off to each other (yes sorry, I can't phrase it any other way) travel separately to the Philippines. There, their wedding takes place immediately, after which they are dropped on a deserted island in wedding suit and bridal gown. They then stay there together for two weeks, and after those two weeks, they have to decide whether they want to continue together or not.
As we saw with The Bachelor, a tropical paradise is a fantastic setting for true love. There is already a lot of crying in the trailer, and secretly we all know that we are most curious about the reason for that. From June 1, we can find out.
