Is this the master plan of B&B's Malgosia?

By
Malgosia

Malgosia knows all too well that first impressions are important. Her entrance into Albert's B&B was impossible to miss. After the calm Marijke, who had to endure the most awkward dinner date ever broadcast on TV, her direct opposite Magliosa made her appearance. The originally Polish woman completely fell for Albert's charms within 24 hours. I still need to discover where exactly those charms of his can be found, but good for Malgosia that she thinks she has found true love in him.

Also good friend of Albert, Debbie (whom we of course know from the previous season of B&B Vol Liefde), is quite skeptical about the intentions of the rather theatrical blonde. She thinks Malgosia could be a gold digger. And to be honest, I understand that feeling a bit, especially when I found out that Malgosia is not new to being on TV.

If you now think: oh, she has participated in Lang Leve de Liefde before, like every person ever, then you are mistaken. It is much more interesting: Malgosia is known in Poland as one of the cast members of Devils Devine, a kind of Polish version of The Real Housewives. It also shows that not only Malgosia is blessed with a singing voice; in the program, she tries to help her daughter Natalie pursue a career in music.

Still, it is not entirely clear to me whether it is a reality show or a scripted affair. For example, it is still unknown how Malgosia makes her money, and that is certainly requirement number 1 if you want to be part of The Real Housewives: a nice pile of money to spend. If it is indeed clever acting, then Albert might want to think twice before getting involved with the Polish beauty. So who knows, maybe we can soon enjoy The Real Housewives of Spain, with Malgosia in the lead role from her newly conquered royal abode.
