Even about the alleged affair of Queen Letizia
With her sister's husband....

The stunning queen of Spain had just visited the Netherlands and looked calm and stylish as always. Little was noticeable of the earthquake that was likely raging within her. Her brother-in-law, the former husband of her sister, felt it necessary to write a book and reveal that he had an affair with his wife's sister; queen Letizia, that is. Now, if it is all even true, it is already not very nice to get involved with your sister's wife, but to then plunge her into misery by writing a book about it, that does not deserve a medal or award.

Jaime del Burgo & Telma Ortiz
What is going on?
Recently, allegations have emerged regarding alleged affairs of Queen Letizia of Spain. These allegations primarily come from Jaime del Burgo, the former husband of Letizia’s sister, Telma Ortiz. Del Burgo claims in his book that he had a romantic relationship with Letizia, both before and during her marriage to King Felipe VI. According to Del Burgo, his relationship with Letizia began before she married Felipe in 2004. He claims that Letizia expressed her love for him shortly before her wedding to Felipe in a restaurant near the Zarzuela Palace. Del Burgo suggests that their relationship continued even after Letizia married Felipe. He also claims that they made plans to have a child together through surrogacy and to move to New York.
Response from the royal family
The Spanish royal family has officially refused to comment on these allegations. No concrete evidence has been provided to support Del Burgo’s claims, aside from his own stories and a selfie he reportedly took with Letizia. But yes, what is a selfie with your sister-in-law worth as evidence?

King Felipe & Queen Letizia
Future milestones
King Felipe and Queen Letizia will celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary next year. And right now, a bomb is being dropped under the marriage. I hope the two can withstand it. I keep thinking about the wedding that was broadcast live, where Letizia made her soon-to-be husband wait embarrassingly long. Oh, how awkward it was to see him standing there alone in that church; it felt like it took a quarter of an hour before she walked into the church. At that moment, I thought she must have been busy with her makeup, but now I suddenly think: was she having doubts?
