Never eat this one product again and you will lose weight without a diet

- Ketchup: about 20-40 calories per serving, depending on any added sugars or oils.
- Pesto: about 150-200 calories per serving due to the amount of oil, cheese, and nuts that can be in it.
- Mayonnaise: about 100-120 calories per serving due to the high fat content.
- Soy sauce: about 10-15 calories per serving, although it depends on the brand and whether it is light or dark soy sauce.
