Malaga sun hours europe

Do you want to book a sun-sure vacation where you know for sure: I can lie down and bake until I go crazy? Well, we know where you need to be.

These are the seven sunniest cities in Europe. Not too far to fly (or even better: go by car or train), and you are guaranteed sun and even more sun. Nice weather, indeed. That's quite important on your vacation, isn't it? For all sunshine lovers:

1. Malaga (Spain): an average of 18.8 degrees. The winner of them all. The city has nearly 3000 hours of sun per year, which amounts to about 300 days per year with sunny weather.
2. Alicante (Spain): an average of 18.5 degrees and an average of 349 sun hours per month.
3. Murcia (Spain): an average of 18.4 degrees and 346 sun hours per month.
4. Catania (Italy): an average of 18.6 degrees. The sunniest city in Italy is Catania on the island of Sicily, with an average of 347 sun hours per month.
5. Seville (Spain): an average of 19.3 degrees
6. Cordoba (Spain): an average of 18.6 degrees
7. Marseille (France): an average of 16 degrees. Marseille is known for the mistral (a strong wind) that brings blue skies. The sun shines there for about 2800 hours per year.

It's clear: you should mainly be in Spain. And if you choose Italy or la France, then you should go here. Done. No discussion possible. We can already smell that vitamin D. Book it.
