The clearest signal that it is time to resign

Don't you feel like it anymore? You know, every job has something that isn't fun sometimes. And every job also has a lot that is fun. But when do you know for sure that it's your time to close the door behind you somewhere? When do you quit? And when should you just push through?
At all ages, that one question plays. Always that one question in your head. ‘Is this it? Is this what I want to do in life? What makes me happier?’. You always dream of ambition and even if you have a top-level job, it can still gnaw at you. You want to get more satisfaction from your work, for example. To mean something in society. For me, it's very simple and clear: if you notice this, it's definitely time to quit. And that is: you dread your workday. You get a stomach ache when you think that it's almost Monday again. You feel reluctance, you feel unseen, undervalued, and even a bit lonely. Those are red flags in the workplace.
If you are constantly stressed, exhausted, or emotionally burned out by your work, this can be a sign that it is affecting your well-being too much. Burnout symptoms such as lack of sleep, irritability, or physical complaints may indicate the need for change. You must take action; it can't go on like this. In short: panicking about what you have to do during your workday is not good for anyone. The chance is very high that you are in the wrong place. Look around you. What are your dreams now? What did you always want to be when you grew up? Seize your opportunities. Sometimes you just have to dare to leave somewhere. Something new always starts when one thing ends. Just trust that.
