INGREDIENTS
15 ml rose lemonade
30 ml gin
ice cubes
of champagne
1 bucket of cotton candy (available at Jamin and Xenos, among others)

Also needed: cocktail shaker
strainer

Without cotton candy, this cocktail is just as delicious, but are you ready for some little effort, maximum wow factor?

Here's how to make the cotton candy champagne cocktail

Put a few ice cubes with the rose lemonade and gin in a cocktail shaker and shake very vigorously for a few seconds.
Pour the drink through a strainer (so the ice cubes remain) into a champagne coupe and gently pour the of champagne .
Place a dollop of cotton candy on top of the glass for a sparkling effect.
